Electric usage is included with daily and weekly rates. Electricity is billed at $0.15 / kWh with monthly rates.

Cancellation Policy
Please read the full Cancellation Policy carefully.
We do not give credit or refunds due to the weather. Early departures will not be refunded. Our Cancellation Policy varies depending on how soon in advance of the reservation date you give cancellation notice:
| Two or more weeks (14+ days) in advance of your scheduled reservation: Refund minus $30 cancellation fee OR full refund issued as Camp Credit. |
| One to two weeks (7-13 days) in advance of your scheduled reservation: 50% of reservation price issued as Camp Credit and 50% of reservation price forfeited. |
| Less than one week (0-6 days): Full reservation cost forfeited. |
| Early departures will not be refunded. |
Check-In & Check-Out Information
Check-in time is at 12 PM or anytime after 12:00 PM. Please do not arrive early without first contacting the management office as we cannot guarantee your site will be vacant or ready before noon. If you will be arriving after office hours, we will ensure a check-in packet is left in an accessible location for you, typically outside the office door.
Check-out is at 11 AM. Late checkout is available for some sites for an additional fee; Please inquire with the management office regarding late check-out options.
Water Park Pricing: Applicable May 1 – Sep 30
All summer reservations will have an additional Resort Amenity Fee. This fee includes the use of the water park, pool, playground, and all of the other amazing amenities we are able to offer! Please see the table below for additional information on the Amenity Fee.
Our amenities are for registered RV guests only and are not open to the general public.
